At Aurai, we specialize in building (cloud) data platforms, developing and implementing data science and AI solutions, and maximizing the value of data by improving the connection between data (teams) and the organization.

Our story

Aurai’s journey began in 2016, originally operating under the name Young Mavericks. Originally, our primary focus was on data traineeships, with the goals of nurturing a new generation of data technology experts and assisting clients in building robust data teams. However, our ambitions were far-reaching, and over the years, we evolved into a data consultancy company, taking on complex projects and accumulating invaluable experience. In 2022, we rebranded ourselves as Aurai, a name that perfectly encapsulates our activities and aspirations.

The choice of the name Aurai is not coincidental; it is deeply rooted in our purpose. Derived from the phrase ‘our AI’, Aurai encapsulates the very essence of our mission. We are dedicated to helping unlock the true potential of data through cutting-edge data and AI solutions, offering tailored, data-driven insights, and empowering organizations to make well-informed decisions. At Aurai, we are driven by a passion for transforming data into a valuable asset and guiding organizations on their journey to achieve data excellence.

Today, we take immense pride in having successfully executed over 150 projects for more than 75 clients, including esteemed names such as Ahold-Delhaize, PostNL, Vandebron, Renewi, and Gemeente Amsterdam.
